| Large Update for the new AI Assistant (coming this week) - Monitor your imports and GS SQL executions for any errors * Many SQL improvements: Better support for Alias, Several performance improvements (faster batch sample fetches, intelligent "bushy" joins), new tables (activeevent, usernotification, systemnotification, jobnotification , improved error messages, Count(*) and Select * supported. Fixes for mixed stream types (point, regular, interval) queries. * Updgraded our JSON and CSV libraries for better special character handling * Upgraded our math library * New AI Assistant and AI dashboard widget -- More announcements on this in the next day or two (it's scary good) -- Goal is to test and stabilize after these big changes. |

| * The AI assistant beta is available. You have to go to your favorite LLM API website (Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI) add some credits $$, get an API key and enter it into your grovestreams organization - Admin - settings. xAI grok 4 fast with reasoning (for the brain) and grok 4 fast (for the minion) are highly recommended. They were just released, are showing some of the best results and are not expensive. * The GS AI assistant is scary good if you have a pricing plan that includes GS SQL. It will have access to everything in your organization that the calling user has. Otherwise it will not have access to stream data, active events and notifications. * Much more information on the AI assistant is coming * Patch applied that fixes the Digi gateway issue resulting from last weekend's large update. |

| * The AI assistant has a security Group Capability. If you are not the organization owner, then a security group will need to be edited and the AI Assistant capability has to be engaged. * For example, edit the Administrator group and enable AI Assistant * The AI will know what you have selected in the Studio left trees. Select a stream and prompt "Analyze this stream, look for issues, tell me how it can be improved". |

| * Allow copy to clipboard from notification lists and job errors * AI Minion is not used anymore. Leaving configuration for now as it might be used later. * Fixed AI Document hallucinations (it made beta 1 experience very poor) * AI Context now directs responses to be more concise/shorter * GS SQL Docs always loaded now for every AI prompt. The minion's job was to determine if sql docs were to be loaded. It would be wrong sometimes and that would cause a bad user chat experience. * AI knows when user/system/job notifications are selected and visible: "Tell me how to fix this job issue" * AI will Expand content folders on left when user asks to Open or Edit content items (components,dashboards, tools) "Edit component Substation Master" "Edit this dashboard" "open this stream" * Security Group aggregation of capabilities bug fix. Was impacting AIs ability to query notifications for org non-owners * Improved AI chat scrolling and improved websocket connection management * Cleared previous contents while refreshing AI dashboard widget * AI still is not allowed to modify anything |
