Stream Data I/O blocked even though no data was sent498

| Hi *, I'm getting some weird behaviour with Grovestream service. I'm getting emails indicating that my account has exceeded the data limit. However I've just only registered this account (17/9) and the amount of data upload is only few kilobytes so far. The weird thing is I received an email on - 19/9 indicating my data I/O was blocked - 20/9 indicating my data I/O was un-blocked - 21/9 indicating my data I/O was again blocked Any idea what is going on here? | All I/O is considered. This includes when you leave a dashboard open with a fast polling rate. See this thread: https://forum.grovestreams.com/topic/65/page/1/what-are-billable-transactions/ Email us at our info or support email address (include your GS account email address) and we'll reset you're data I/O so you can keep going. |
