Chrome recently (verified on 3/20/26) changed their web socket policy and it breaks our AI Assistant chat window.

Work arounds:
1) Don't use Chrome. Use Firefox or another browser
2) Change Chrome Settings
* Enter chrome://flags/ in the chrome url
* Filter by Websocket
* Set Local Network Access Checks for WebSockets to disabled and relaunch chrome.

We will be addressing this in the next couple of months. It requires upgrading some of our web server components to newer versions which was already in our roadmap.
